Boot phone in edl mode. Install edl drivers and do reset efs in edl mode

Enable usb debugging from setting (enable developer option by tapping miui version 7 times in settings-about menu)
Connect to pc via usb and install adb drivers
Download adb tool
open adb folder, and open ADB_IMEI_Fix.bat
