Mi PC Suite V4.0.529 Beta Official! With Unofficial English Lang, translated by TomHenson!

Good News! On China forum I see thread Mi PC suite ver.4.0.529 But only with Chinese language! I don't know Chinese language, and made English translation.
Mi PC Suite ver.4.0.529 was released by the developer in the test phase and only in Chinese, but  since there are many English speaking users, I made English translation!
