You can flash the modem file and repair the IMEI in meta mode to fix a null IMEI issue on your Redmi 12C Earth device. A few simple tools are all that are needed for this quite simple process.

Instructions

1. Download and install the flashing tool on your computer.
2. Extract the modem file to a convenient location.
3. Boot your Redmi 12C Earth device into meta mode. To do this, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until you see the Fastboot menu. Then, press the Volume Down button repeatedly until you select the Meta Mode option.
4. Connect your Redmi 12C Earth device to your computer using the USB cable.
5. Open the flashing tool and select the modem file that you extracted in step 2.
6. Click the Flash button to start the flashing process.
7. Once the flashing process is complete, your Redmi 12C Earth device will reboot automatically.
